Nutrition data & usage instructions

Glutenfree Oatmeal

carbohydrates, proteins, fibers

Oatmeal is full of healthy long chain carbohydrates and fibers. It has a high satiety index (meaning that it keeps you full for a long time).

Every single pallet of our oatmeal is tested separately to get a gluten free certification.

Glutenfree Soy meal

carbohydrates, proteins, fats

We use toasted, full fat, GMO and gluten free. Not the “waste-product” of the food industry that anti-soy believers speak of. Soy meal is full of plant based carboyhdrates, proteins and fats.

Every pallet of our soy flour is tested separately for a ‘gluten-free’ certification.

Maltodextrin

carbohydrates, carrier for vitamins, minerals, oil

The Maltodextrin we use in Powder Matter is a complex carbohydrate isolated from wheat. It provides energy that is available shortly after consuming. It gives Powder Matter a mild and pleasant sweetness and ensures better
solubility of the powdered mix in fluids.

Maltodextrin can be consumed in healthy individuals without having a single negative effect on their health.

Whey Protein Concentrate

protein from Grass Fed Cows

Our Whey is obtained using “cross-flow membrane filtration and ultra filtration using low pressure and temperature”. Technical talk for: ‘The proteins and the amino-acid bonds remain preserved’.

It is probably more important to know that it is obtained from cows that are grass fed.

The Whey we use has one of the highest levels of BCAAs we have come across.

Our Whey is GMO Free, rBGH Free, Informed-sport.com Certified.

Whey is a milk product and contains 4% lactose.

Sunflower oil

fats

Sunflower oil is a mixture mainly of the polyunsaturated fat, linoleic acid (Omega-6), and the monounsaturated fat, oleic acid (Omega-9).

We choose sunflower oil because it has a very neutral taste, provides excellent stability and is trans-fat free.

Vitamins & Minerals

micronutrients

All twenty seven vitamins and minerals mentioned in EU regulation 1169/2011 annex XIII, part A, table 1, have been included in Powder Matter. The twenty three specified minerals and vitamins in the EU regulation 2016/1413 that specifies that a meal should contain at least 30% of the amounts of the mentioned vitamins and minerals for it to be labeled as a meal-replacement-food, is a subset of it.

Sunflower Lecithin

emulgator, powder instantizer

An emulgator holds together two materials that do not stay naturally together. Think of water and fat.

We use the lecithin to make the separate powders mix well in water.

Natural Aromas

vanilla, coconut, strawberry

Besides the aromas that give the typical flavor to the powdered mix, we add freeze dried strawberry, dessicated coconut to our respective mixes to enhance the flavor and the experience.

Xanthan Gum

emulgator, thickening agent

Also an emulgator amongst other functions. This one makes sure the bigger powdery pieces stay together in the watery solution.

Silicon dioxide

anti caking agent

Our powder likes to stick together. We We add silicon dioxide to make Powder Matter better accessible for added water. This prevents a clump of powder on the bottom of your shaker.

Salt

taste enhancer, mineral

Taste enhancer. And an essential mineral for our body. Most foods have too much salt. We make sure you get just the minimum required amount.

Sucralose

sweetener

600 times as sweet as sugar… Just a tiny bit of this powder is enough sweetness. Or is it?
