How to order
Powder Matter products can be ordered in our webshop. The interface for placing an order is designed to be intuitive and interactive. After adding your order to your cart, you will be able to modify the final order, Fill in your details and select a payment method whereafter you can follow the given steps to place the order. After payment your order will be confirmed by an email to the given email address.

Delivery time
Shipping is the next business day. When this has not been done, you will be contacted on your email address for a reason. Delivery in Europe is 1 to 5 days, depending on the distance to our distribution center. The rest of the world can vary. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code, which allows you to track your order.

shipping costs depend on the country we have to ship to. See our separate list for the shipping prices.
How to return
Products can be returned within 14 days after receipt of the package, provided they are unopened. The return costs are on your account. The amount paid by you for the products will be refunded.
